Is cleaning included during my stay?

The rate includes a final cleaning at the end of your stay. If you would like additional cleaning services during your visit, you can easily request them whenever needed.

Can I extend my stay if my project runs longer?

You can request an extension, and we will do our best to accommodate it based on availability. If it’s not possible, we will assist you in finding a suitable alternative.

Is there a workspace in the properties?

Yes. All our executive properties have a workspace with good lighting and a stable connection.

How is my stay invoiced?

We issue electronic invoices valid in Mexico. You only need to provide your tax information at the time of booking, and the invoice will be sent at the end of your stay.

How are check-in and check-out handled?

You receive clear instructions from the start. No surprises, no complications. And if anything changes, we’re available 24/7 through the platform or via WhatsApp.

Can I request cleaning during my stay?

Yes. It is possible to request additional cleaning services during your stay. They can be easily scheduled, and the cost will vary depending on the property and the length of the stay
